===== Installation =====
The converter is installed in the system automatically after connecting to the USB port (USB-C cable required). Drivers for Windows, Linux and Mac can be downloaded from [https://ftdichip.com/drivers/vcp-drivers/ https://ftdichip.com/drivers/vcp-drivers/] a virtual COM port driver is required. After installing the drivers, an additional virtual COM port will appear in the system. 

Most programs supporting the "Enttec Open DMX" standard will automatically detect the converter connected to the computer, and correct communication will be signaled by a very fast pulsing of the blue "DMX" LED.
