From Kamamilabs.com - Wiki

Description

KAmodRPi400-ADP is a board designed for the Raspberry Pi 400 computer, enabling convenient connection of modules designed for older versions of Raspberry. It also allows connection of modules equipped with Pmod and Kamami I2C connectors. Connecting a touchscreen display to the board, e.g. a 3.2-inch one, allows you to use the computer without any additional accessories.
In addition to the expansion connector for Raspberry Pi, the KAmodRPi400-ADP module also contains three Pmod connectors. These are Pmod SPI Type 2, Pmod UART Type 3, and Pmod I2C Type 6. All three connectors are single-row and allow you to connect a wide range of Pmod series modules to your Raspberry Pi. The adapter also offers a KAmod I2C connector, which is used in KAmod modules
